My Program...

My 1:1 coaching program for weight loss and improved health is specifically designed to provide structure, accountability, support and CONSISTENCY to get you lasting results! 

During our time together, we will develop an in-depth and personalized Diet and Lifestyle Plan built to meet your individual needs and create long-term, sustainable results.

We will meet weekly for 1:1 coaching session over the phone, scheduled at your convenience.   

What's Included...

  • 1, 90-minute initial session where we will review your health history, get clear on your health and wellness goals and identify your first steps.

  • 11, 50-minute follow-up sessions tailored specifically to you. We’ll celebrate your progress, identify where you are struggling and devise a plan to keep you moving forward towards your health goals.

  • Clear action steps for you to take between sessions.

  • All the health and nutrition information you need to feel educated, informed & empowered to reach your goals.

  • Access to tried-and-true recipes to suit your individual needs, cooking demonstrations via zoom, food/mood/activity journaling and meal plans.

  • Email and text support to address anything that comes up along the way.  We are in this together!
